Owelle Ejikeme Odumegwu hails from Umu-Opu Enugu Ezike in Igbo Eze North local government of Enugu State .

He is a lawyer and a Politician of great repute. He has served the government of Enugu state in various field including but not limited to the Special Assistant to his Excellency Rt.Hon.Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi the Executive Governor of Enugu State. Owelle Ejikeme Odumegwu is the Director/Chief Executive Officer Si-Glad West Africa Limited.

He is also the director Chief Executive Petsan Royal Synergy limited.He is the Director Owelle Ejikeme Odumegwu foundation (OEO) which he uses in the charity relationship.Currently Owelle Odumegwu is Appointed a Federal Police Contractor , Supplier, Auctioneer and consultant .Among his traditional titles are Owelle Osowa-Anya 1 of Nsukka .A blessing he recieved from the first President of Federal republic of Nigeria late Rt.Hon.Nnamdi Azikiwe and Ndegbe Ezike from the traditional rulers of Enugu Ezike.

Owelle as a Philanthropist single handedly renovated and fenced the Divisional Police headquarters ogrute Enugu Ezike and built new division located in Etteh yet to be commissioned.He went further and renovated all the Police stations in Enugu State .He has trained numerous people both in the secondary and tertiary institutions.He has impacted in the people Religious Organizations and the youths .
