The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) will end its warning strike today (Monday), 9th of May 2022, while considering indefinite strike. 

ASUU also promises to provide  Details of further action to be taken at the of the warning strike.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) will end its warning strike tomorrow (Monday), 9th of May 2022, as considerations on indefinite strike commence.

ASUU also reveals that they have no reason to end the strike as Reports and outcomes from meetings so far are unfavorable;

We are still meeting. But from the reports given so far, we have no reason to suspend the strike. The Federal Government is not serious.
