Below are the Main reasons why The President of The Country maybe afraid to sign the electoral bill, which will usher in the electoral timetable for 2023 General Election in the Country.

The Following reasons are deduced from some of the Clauses amended and or included for Amendment to the electoral bill.

They are ; 

1. Electronic transmission of results. 

2. Political neutrality of INEC personnel upon appointment. 

3. Early Commencement Of Campaigns. That is 5 months before the election date.

4. Early Conduct Of Primaries.

5. Election results declared under duress can be reviewed by inec.

6. Redefine Over-voting.

7. Electronic accreditation of voters

8. Early release of election funds to INEC
