Just in: NANS National Director of Culture and Tourism Pays Familirization Visit to UNN Vice Chancellor

The National director of Culture and Tourism NANS, Comr. Chidi Nzekwe on the

4th of June 2021 led a delegation of his team to a courtesy/ familiarization visit to the Vice Chancellor of UNN, Prof.Charles Igwe.

Speaking at the meeting, Comr.Chidi thanked the Vice Chancellor for his accessibility and hospitality, stressing that the visit is of importance considering that UNN is his ALMA MATER hence the need to identify himself with the school administration to create a synergy that will help improve the welfare of UNN students and discharge of his duties as the National director of culture and Tourism NANS.

The vice Chancellor in his speech expressed his gladness and also congratulated him for his new position. He also pledged his support for the activities of the directorate and advises that he should be diligent in his dealings, stressing that he should not allow his office to be used as an instrument of propaganda by unpatriotic Nigerians.

The Vice Chancellor also said a word of prayer and blessed the new National Director, encouraged the directorate to be law abiding in discharging their duties for the best interest of Nigerian students and Nigeria at large
