policies, programs and the Leadership of the State Governor, His Excellency Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as the foremost political Leader in Enugu State.

We will undertake to see to the domestication, familiarization and
implementation of government programs to our people in both the urban and
rural areas.

THE BACKGROUND

A famous quote of Franz Fanon states that "All it takes for a good nation to go bad is for good men to do nothing"
Against the backdrop of the collapse of a people oriented and welfare driven politics in our Zone as well as the need to align our people with the policies, programs and activities of the State government.
Conscious of the critical needs for our people to secure their lives and
properties as well as key into the various progressive developmental initiatives
of the Governor Ugwuanyi led Enugu State.

Concerned, thus provoked into appropriate actions by the consequent obvious
breakdown of a cohesive youth force in our Zone and appreciating the
imperative need to provide a nexus to link us as people to the mainstream of
State government activities with all the attendant benefits for our people.

We therefore resolved to organize and spare no resources or efforts to restore the dignity of our people and enthrone a new culture of competence accountable stewardship, responsibility, responsiveness and efficient representation as well as people's welfare in our democratic practices.

This resolution gave rise to the establishment of this vehicle of internal
political inquest and rectitude called ISE  N'IME OTU RENAISSANCE MOVEMENT OF ENUGU WEST to champion this course whose time has come.
