National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) headed by the Global President, Comr. Danielson Bamidele Akpan (GCNS) is Currently on political tour to Ondo state alongside his Executives and Zonal Coordinators while Nigerian Students hits the street to protest for reopening of Schools.

The tour which he began on 17th August, 2020 according to the update Released by One of his media Aide is to Evaluate and Assess Ondo state Projects under The Government of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu who will be Facing Re-election in months to come. 

While, The Grand Commander of the Nigerian Students is Peregrinating  and Touring Around, it is Pertinent to note that the Nigerian Students who he on Assumption of office had vowed to protect their interest with all integrity had remained out of school and Campus because of the over and over ASUU Strike before the Corona Virus Pandemic broke out.

Comr. Danielson Bamidele whose adminstration has long elapsed months ago after clocking Two years which is against the Constitution of the Association but often supported by the infamous Convention, is yet to conduct Election on the altar of Covid-19 Pandemic but have been gallivanting and seen on various Public function joined with this current tour.  

Even, when the Sister Body of the Association he Presides Namely; National Association of Nigerian Students (NAUS) , National Association of Polytechnic Students(NAPS) and National Association of College of Education Students (NACESS) have fixed a peaceful protest all over the Country with the Central holding at Abuja to call on the Federal Government to Open Schools across the Nation. 

It is worthy to Note that Ondo state Gubernatorial Election has been scheduled for 4th October, thus the assertion and insinuations that Bamidele's Tour to Ondo State with his Friends and Associates is not unconnected to the infamous Electoral Scope which most of the past leaders of the Association have been using to make through.

Meanwhile, The Students all over the Country have given up on the Academic system of the the Country considering the fact that Comr. Bamidele and his Executives who should be at the forefront to push for School reopening and Quality Education as enshrined in the Charter of Demand of NANS,  have refused to do the needful so that he would have  reasons  not to Conduct Election and Handover. 

Forward to the Reactions all over social media, Nigerian students all over the Space have called out on all those singing praises for NANS President to have a rethink and do the right thing for Posterity sake.
