Augustinepaul Obinna Okpara who is the S.A To Deputy Co-ordinator NANS ZONE B Axis (South South/south East) and a correspondent of Leadership ScoreCard News outlet, have reported the Humane action of Hon. Ilogebe Chidi who doubles as the National Association Of Nigerian Students Vice President and Special Assistant to Governor Ugwuanyi. The report states how Ilogebe have risen up to duty to support and encourage the movement ' STAY SAFE INNIATIVE' sponsored by the Largest Students Body in Nigeria, Enugu state, in Ensuring that citizen stays safe during these COVID-19 pandemic.

The Volunteer team of the stay safe campaign of NANS Enugu which has been on a statewide sensitization and distribution of safety materials as the organisation's humanitarian contribution to the fIght against COVID 19 were yesterday commended, encouraged and the campaign given more MOmentum through a heart melting gesture by Hon. Ilogebe Chidi, who doubles as the National Association Of Nigerian Students Vice President and special Assistant to Governor Ugwuanyi.
The S. A who outrightly donated his one month salary to the Stay safe initiative commended the efforts of NANS Enugu for rising to call of humanity occasioned by the , coronaVIrus pandemic.
According to him, " Our nation is going through a historical hard time and as such there is a need for well meaning Nigerians to begin to contemplate ways of giving back to our society in order to save it from this pandemic rocking the entire world.
I strongly commend NANS Enugu for availing herself and her resources at a time like this. lam moved to ensure that this campaign continues by donating my one month salary to enable more procurement of safety materials. I also encourage all capable individuals and organisations to begin to contemplate what can be done to save ourselves and our people from this scourge"
The special assistant urged the team to maintain the humanitarian spirit and also ensure that the money is put to fruitful use.
