Aluta Continua, the latest poem of veteran writer, Saneke Cyriacus, goes wide and shared across seven different universities by

students whose attentions were attracted by the very clear picture of the Aluta struggle and follow up piece of advice in the Poetic lines of the topnotch piece of poetry.

As widely seen and confirmed, the poem was shared by many political office holders across the Nigeria institutions, including the departmental and faculty Presidents of some of the institutions.

Saneke Cyriacus when asked his motive for such a piece, said it is his utmost intention to see that student leadership is clearly defined and not viewed as secular politics by those who extort money from aspirants in the bid to support them.

Aluta Continua
But Victoria has gone to Asata
When your intention was to lead the Nigerian Student
But others think it is to lead the Nigerian nation!

Aluta Continua
But Victoria has gone to Asata
When you have four meetings at a time
And all you must go to avoid nursed anonymity!

Aluta Continua
But Victoria has gone to Asata
When you wake up to assignment submission day
Without even knowing they have started lecture for that course!

But Victoria has gone to Asata
When you think it's just to introduce yourself to a table
And how 5k vanished still is like magic to you!

When you're in school but no longer a student
A NAANS body; Non Academic Association of Nigerian Students.

But Victoria has gone to Asata
When you give a goodwill drink
But the hate would be that you didn't include meat!
The aim is to lead the Nigerian Student not the Nigerian Nation..

If you see anybody in the struggle, please care for him, show him love, and pray for him.
If you'll not support them, at least don't go against them!
