Is it normal to have caffeine and still feel sleepy?
If you regularly consume caffeine (in the form of coffee, tea, or energy drinks), you can build up a resistance to caffeine. So, you may need even more caffeine to feel alert.
Beware that when the caffeine wears off, you are likely to crash, if you are masking your fatigue with caffeine. If you are severely sleep-deprived, no amount of caffeine may keep you from feeling sleepy - listen to your body and get some sleep!
